Reef Chairs evoke both maritime and stringed instrument forms. The Reef Chair was designed for professional meeting rooms but has also found its place in residential dining. Reef chairs are valued in a wide range of settings because people, whether tall or short, remain comfortable for long periods. The designer's attention to ergonomic detail has got the curve and position of the seat and back just right. The Reef Chair is also light and easy to move.

The chairs are made with a selection of Tasmanian specialty veneers with a Hoop Pine (plantation) plywood core. They are well designed so that a set of 4 chairs cuts efficiently from one sheet of ply. The edges are carefully finished so that they are both a delightful visual feature as well as a pleasure to touch. Each component is machined using computer controlled equipment so that assembly is reliably accurate and easy. The self assemby is straight forward and an instruction sheet is included.

For this customer supplied covering option, please post us your fabric and our experienced upholsterers will apply it over the standard 100% natural latex foam cushioning. The fabric size per chair is:
If placed back above seat - 870 x 550 mm or 34 x 22 inches
If placed back beside seat - 1100 x 480 mm or 44 x 19 inches

Reef chairs are usually made to order due to the range of timber, leather and fabric options. So we request that you allow up to 7 weeks for dispatch. International shipping by air post has been allowed for in the price.
