Where products fit within post size and weight restrictions, we send by Australia Post's Air service.  Please allow, for example, up to 10 days for delivery to the US.

Products than exceed postal restrictions are sent by international courier.

To make your purchasing straight forward and unambiguous, and because differences in freight charges for different destinations make only small differences to the final price, we have computed an average shipping cost and allowed for that in our costings.  Consequently, the prices you see for each product are final prices - there are no surprises at the checkout.

Each consignment goes with a customs declaration that states what it is and its value.  Any import duties, or similar charges in your country of delivery, are the responsibility of the purchaser
